Last updated: June 2026
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TimesTwo, including our website, web app, membership platform, partner offers, rewards programme, and related services. By creating an account, subscribing, or using any part of TimesTwo, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
About TimesTwo
TimesTwo is a Malta-based rewards platform. Members pay for a yearly membership to access exclusive offers from participating merchants, earn points on eligible transactions, and redeem rewards. Merchants participate by listing offers and rewards and by using TimesTwo tools to verify members and manage transactions.
TimesTwo is operated by Dejean Pisani trading as TimesTwo. Contact: hello@timestwo.com.mt.
Eligibility
TimesTwo is intended for users who can lawfully enter into a paid membership agreement. Users under 18 years of age should use TimesTwo only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We may suspend or remove accounts that appear to have been created unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
Account registration and user responsibility
- ●You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including your name, email address, and phone number.
- ●You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
- ●Your account is personal to you and must not be sold, transferred, or shared with others.
- ●You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- ●We may require identity or account verification before granting access to member benefits.
Membership and yearly renewal
TimesTwo membership is offered on a yearly basis. Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your membership will automatically renew each year through the payment method used at the time of your original subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the account management flow or by contacting us at hello@timestwo.com.mt. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically end your access before the current membership period expires.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms and any applicable payment provider rules. TimesTwo does not store your full payment card details. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension or loss of membership access.
Refund policy
TimesTwo does not offer refunds as a general policy. Cancellation of a membership stops future renewal charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current membership period unless required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable Maltese or EU law.
Rewards, offers, points, and redemptions
- ●Offers, rewards, and benefits are provided by participating merchants in connection with TimesTwo.
- ●Points are earned through eligible activity and may be redeemed for available rewards.
- ●Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person unless TimesTwo expressly permits it.
- ●Points, rewards, and redemptions are subject to availability, expiry dates, merchant terms, and platform rules.
- ●TimesTwo may correct errors, reverse fraudulent points or redemptions, and suspend activity where misuse is suspected.
Merchant offers and availability
Offers and rewards are provided by participating merchants and are subject to change. Merchants may update, withdraw, or replace offers in accordance with their offer terms. TimesTwo is not responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfilment of individual merchant offers. Merchants must honour valid redemptions according to their offer terms and applicable law.
Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse TimesTwo in any way, including by attempting to cheat or manipulate the rewards system, creating false accounts, reverse-engineering or scraping the platform, transferring or reselling membership access, or using TimesTwo to mislead merchants or other users. TimesTwo may suspend or terminate accounts and reverse any benefits where misuse or abuse is suspected.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove members or merchants that breach these Terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, endanger platform security, or act in a way that harms TimesTwo, its merchants, or other members.
Platform availability and changes
We aim to keep TimesTwo available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, offers, merchant tools, or other functionality at any time.
Intellectual property
TimesTwo branding, design, platform content, and software are owned by TimesTwo or its licensors. Merchant logos, images, and content remain the property of the relevant merchants, but merchants grant TimesTwo permission to display that content for platform purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute TimesTwo content without our prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimesTwo is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, business interruption, unavailable offers, merchant refusals, third-party failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
Your use of TimesTwo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using TimesTwo, you acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with that policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malta, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
